What is FOB?

FOB (FUTURE OF BATTERIES) is a two-day, invite-only summit focused on the future of energy storage and battery innovation. It connects European battery tech pioneers with American manufacturers, investors and industry media. The emphasis is on commercialization and practical partnerships.

Who is New to The Street (NTTS)?

NTTS is a US-based television show that profiles public companies, advertises and markets their products and services, and provides business news. They offer a blend of business and financial services reporting and interviews.

Who is High Performance Battery (HPB)?

HPB is a German battery technology developer. They license their proprietary solid-state battery technology, enabling partners to produce high-performance batteries for commercial use.

Who is FOB 2026 for?

Founders, engineers, manufacturers, investors, analysts and policymakers involved in batteries, energy, mobility or manufacturing. Particularly those working at the intersection of R&D, scale-up and commercial production.

Where is the event taking place?

The summit will take place across two private venues in New York City. The Networking Dinner will be held at Blackbarn, a private dining space in the Flatiron District. The main program will take place near Hudson Yards in the heart of Manhattan. Venue details for the full event will be shared directly with approved guests before the summit.

Who is attending?

We are curating a group of founders, engineers, manufacturers, investors, and analysts from both Europe and the US. Attendees include professionals active in battery technology, scale-up operations, investment, policy and media, especially those focused on building meaningful transatlantic partnerships in energy and manufacturing.

What’s on the agenda?

The two-day program includes expert panels, keynote discussions, roundtable sessions and private networking. Sessions are designed to support conversations around licensing, domestic manufacturing and the future of solid-state battery technology at scale. The exact agenda for 2026 will be announced shortly.
